ZIP file: extract it and double-click Avvia-Assistenza-Scunio.bat. Nothing to install.
1. Download and open
Extract the ZIP wherever you like (e.g. Desktop) and double-click Avvia-Assistenza-Scunio. If Windows warns about an "unknown publisher": More info → Run anyway.
2. Read us your ID and password
A 9-digit ID and a temporary password appear on screen. Give them to us by phone or message: that is the only way we can connect.
3. Only when you want
The connection only works while the program is open and only with the password you gave us. Close the program and access ends: your data stays on our servers in Italy.
